I’m Terry. I’m a certified (view certificate) and insured personal trainer, and I work with people online who want to get in better shape without turning their whole life upside down.

I’m not here to overcomplicate things or sell unrealistic plans. I focus on training and nutrition people can actually follow.
Before anything else, I listen. I want to understand your schedule, your habits, and what’s been getting in the way. From there, we make changes that actually make sense for you.
How I coach
I don’t think most people struggle because they don’t know what to do.
Most of the time, the problem is trying to follow a plan that doesn’t fit their life.
My job is to help you build a routine around what you can realistically do week to week. That includes training, food, and the small habits that usually get ignored.
We keep things simple, adjust when needed, and focus on consistency instead of perfection.
What working together looks like
We start by talking things through. I want to understand where you’re at right now, what you’ve tried before, and what your day-to-day life actually looks like.
From there, I help you put together a clear plan for training, food, and habits that fits your schedule. Nothing is set in stone — we adjust as things change and keep moving forward.

The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to stay consistent and make steady progress over time.
