I just ask a few questions so I can understand where you’re at and what you’re dealing with.

Step 1 – We talk

Before any plans, we talk.

I want to understand things like:
– your daily routine
– your work and schedule
– what you’ve tried before
– what usually gets in the way

This helps me see what will actually work for you.

Step 2 – We build a plan that fits your life

After that, I create a plan for training and nutrition that fits your life.

Nothing extreme.
Nothing complicated.
Just something you can actually follow week to week.

Step 3 – We adjust as you go

Life changes, and plans need to change too.

We adjust things when needed and keep moving forward.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s staying consistent.
